Walking Outside. In November.

My Monday piano lessons canceled today (something that I actually don’t mind, from time to time), and I was home before 4 p.m. (something that I actually wish happened more often).

My car told me it was 65 degrees outside, so when I got home, I immediately changed into comfy clothes and went for a walk outside. I’ve been on a hiatus from physical activity for several months, but after a suspicious side pain and an Internet diagnosis, I decided maybe it’s time to ease back into a regular activity routine of some sort.

Looking at the weather forecast, if I can make it home before 4 p.m. a couple of days in the coming weeks, I might be able to walk outside again. And I’m grateful for that.
