I read two books! Lola and the Boy Next Door, by Stephanie Perkins, and Lemon Tart by Josi Kilpack.
I started bingeing on The West Wing; it’s been a while since I finished the entire series. I picked up with Season 4.
My friend Debbie–it’s been 10 years since I last saw her!–drove through Omaha, so I fixed her and her two kids dinner and we talked for six hours straight. It was delightful.
I sang in a trio at a church training.
I made it through another week of race training…the short days are manageable. The long day about did me in, what with the plantar fasciitis in my left foot.
And I FINISHED MY FIRST CLASS. One down, three to go.
