Even though right now my apartment is in complete disarray from being gone for five days, and even though I don’t have time to deal with the mess because I am in grading hell, it sure is good to be home. I’m grateful to be in my cozy, gas-heat-paid apartment.
By the way, I realized I never really blogged about my presentation at NCTE. It went well. I will write more about it on the other, nerdier blog. I am also grateful for grad school, because I don’t think I’d be at all motivated to present if I hadn’t done it so often in grad school.
