I left the house at 6:39 AM and walked back in the door at 8:39 PM.
In between: 9 hours of teaching, 2 hours of piano lessons, a wake, and prepping my room for a sub.
Some days, it’s best to be grateful for a Prince Charles potato casserole from Summer Kitchen Cafe and a new episode of Community to help dull the pain.
Please pray for my friend and her family as they continue to grieve the loss of their husband and father. The funeral is tomorrow.
All of your posts so far have left tears in my eyes. Not of sadness, but of the hope and gratitude all of us can find in any situation.
