How do you feel about New Year’s Resolutions?
Do you hate them?
Do you start altering every single poor behavior on January 1st only to retire in defeat as the same ol’ you by January 3rd?
Well, you know, most 12-step programs define insanity as doing the same thing repeatedly, yet expecting different results. So if you are a little type-A, like me, and appreciate a pre-determined start date to try something new, but loathe the whole cultural construction of New Year’s Resolutions, I may have an alternative for you.

I'm hoping one of your paths leads to participating in our Throwdown. I left the paper with the “deets” we worked out at the Richardson's house last night. But I will retrieve it and post all about it tomorrow 🙂
As for me, my most productive year was the year I made no resolutions (on Jan 1st anyway 😉
