So today is the start of National Poetry Month. I’ll be posting links to poems, sometimes with thoughts (if I have any) but mostly without.
But before I share the link for today’s poem, a suggestion for you: saunter over to your local public library, or Borders, or hometown bookstore, and locate a copy of the book Good Poems edited by Garrison Keillor. Read his introduction, because it is THE BEST explanation of the purpose of poetry I have ever read.
