Break’s Over.

Time to ‘man up’ and stop mourning my move from Ohio. And since teacher meetings start next Monday, that leaves me one week of summer. Oh, what can I do with my last week of summertime?

I can go see this movie, which I’ve really wanted to see. Also, The Dark Knight and Mamma Mia.

I can go to this exhibit, which is at the Mormon Trails Center, despite what the article states.

I can pick out some short stories for my juniors to read. Any suggestions, from this list?
The Devil and Tom Walker
Gary Keillor
Fall of the House of Usher
The Notorious Jumping Frog of Calaveras County
The Yellow Wallpaper
The Man Who Was Almost A Man
Teenage Wasteland

Any other suggestions on how to spend my last week of summer?

  1. Sleep, sleep, and more sleep! Also, “The Yellow Wallpaper” is my fav on that list, probably because a) you recommended it to me, and b) it’s the only one I’ve read!
