I’m off to Memphis for the rest of the week to present at a conference on College Sport Research. I’m quite excited to get out of town, and I hope that the break from my surroundings will help me decompress a little and come back ready to write those last two papers that are due in 10 days.
I will try to take pictures, but it’s really not my forte. I CAN take pictures, I just forget to. I won’t have time to go to Graceland, but I’m really hoping I can shove off a conference session and hit Sun Studio instead…that would be awesome.
I’m driving, so my iPod is loaded with podcasts and I believe Rosie Thomas will be my musical mascot on this trip. Better get going…
